As your certified Personal Trainer, I care about you and your health and fitness goals. I design your personal fitness training program especially for you based on your goals and your current fitness level.

Home or office, the gym comes to you with all the equipment needed for your personalized workout. Most people never achieve their personal fitness goals because they don't have the time or the motivation to exercise regularly. I will do my very best to make each workout fun and challenging, providing you with the encouragement and instruction that you need.

 


To personalize your program, I start from wherever you are today.

•First, I begin with a thorough medical and health history. I want to know how your body's been operating for you, so that we can avoid doing anything risky. This allows me to determine your risk factors, which is critical for allowing me to prepare a safe exercise program.

•Second, we talk about your fitness goals; what you would like to be able to do, feel, and enjoy as a result of investing in your own improved fitness. I'll take the time to understand what you want to improve, and why, so that we can stay clearly focused on whatever is important to you.

•Next, we'll engage in a fitness assessment, which is a battery of activities I'll have you do. This helps me gauge your cardiovascular condition and evaluate things such as strength, flexibility and range of motion. It's important that we choose a safe route to achieving your fitness goals.

•Lastly, I match up your goals and objectives with the results of your fitness assessment and the contents of your health history, and create an exercise program that will allow us to accommodate your unique needs and safely achieve your personal fitness goals.
