An Exercise You CAN'T
Do Without: Squats!
They strengthen all of the major muscles of the lower body, including the gluteals, hamstrings, quadriceps and calves.

Fact:

Changes in muscle tone often begin in the 40s for women. Changes in and the decrease of muscle tissue contribute to reduced muscle tone, even in women who exercise regularly. However, without consistent exercise, you could lose 5 to 7 pounds of muscle tissue each decade.  Keep that from happening by strength training 3 times per week.
